Vedic Rounding.
Rounding is an advanced technique available to those who have learnt Vedic Meditation. The sequence is designed to enhance your meditation experience by promoting deep relaxation throughout the entire nervous system, allowing for the release of deeply stored stress and fatigue in the body. It involves a sequence of meditation, gentle yoga poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama) that de-excite the nervous system before meditation, helping you achieve a state of profound rest and relaxation. This powerful practice intensifies your meditation, reducing stress and fostering a sense of flow and ease, as tension in the body dissolves.

Rounding Investment Options.
It is crucial to acknowledge the value of compensating teachers while also recognising the diverse economic situations and privileges of students. Prior to determining your contribution, review the breakdown of the sliding scale.
Be aware that each course option has limited spots. Choosing the lowest price when you can afford more restricts access for those who truly need financial flexibility. Consider seeking support from family, partners, or friends before using sliding scale resources, as this helps maintain opportunities for others. The ‘actual cost’ of the workshop is $180. If your are selecting another option, be aware that there are only a few spaces per course for these.
